It's natural range in the mixed forests at altitude below 1,000 m. Culms up to 20 m. In height, 3-12 cm. in diameter, nodes prominent, internodes 20-50 brown hairy outside, sheath-blades dark-brown hairy inside. Leaf-blades 10-20 cm. long, 1.2-2 cm. broad, leaf-petioles short. |
