Epiphytic, monopodial orchid. Roots white, green tips. Stem covering with greenery sheath, sometime spotted with purplish red. Leaves green with purplish red spot on midrib and leaf margin. Inflorescences, bracts and floral bracts light green. Flowers soft fragrant, opening 1-2 flowers on one inflorescence at a time, many inflorescences, lasting 1-2 days, non-resupinate. Sepals and petals white, with pale yellowish white at the base. Lip white, saccate with pale yellowish to orangish, spotted with orange inside, hairy inside at the base of the saccate, tinged with orange on disk, callus white, sidelobes and midlobe white. Column and column-foot white. Operculum white. Pedicel and ovary yellowish green. 00-2484A/OR-2006-149 zone D/19-1-06. |
