Evergreen treelet 1.5 m tall, basal diameter 15 mm; bark thin, vertically cracked, slightly roughened, brown; branchlets green, ageing brown; inflorescence axes dull reddish-very pale light greenish; hypanthium tube light green with red setae; petals 4, villet on both sides, throat pale light green; anthers, filaments yellow; style: upper 1/3 deep pink, lower 2/3 pale pink; leaf blades dull dark green above, light green below. |
