Tree, 11 m high. dbh.16 cm. Crown: branches weeping at tips. Bark: orange-brown, dippled and flaking in 1 cm plates exposing pale brown undeneath; middle bark green; inner bark creamish yellow. Leaf: leaflets mid-green to darkish-green above, paler below; petiole and young shoots dark slightly purplish-brown. Flower: peduncle and calyx covered with dark grey-brown tomentum; corolla greyish when young, maturing pale yellow-with scattered dark grey-brown tomentum. |
