Tree, 17 m high. dbh 35 cm. Bark: dark brown, smooth or slightly roughened; middle bark indistinct; inner bark cream/paleyellow turning darker on exposure to air, no latex or sap, slightly aromatic odour. Flower: tepals yellow-green with silvery hairs outside; staminal mass yellow; pedicel and bracts with scattered pale brown hairs. Leaf: twigs dark brown. Fruit: dark green ripening brownish-cream. |
