Small, clump-forming herb growing in narrow cracks in limestone boulders, not on surrounding ground. Rhizome deep in crevices, not on surrounding ground. Rhizome deep in crevices, can't be dug out. Stems leaning. Leaves 5-6/shoot, sometimes silver along midrib above. Inflorescence more or less vertical. Bracts and bracteoles green. Ovary and calyx green; rest of flower orange-yellow without spot on lip; anther appendages variable according to the position of the flower on the inflorescence. |
