A large tree which is about 8 m high. It has many branches. The edible fruits is a fleshy berry, white fleshed and juicy. At ripening the fruits skin becomes red to purplish red, is still sour, but the astringency disappears. It has strong odor. Very ripe fruits is purplish black. |
