ฐานข้อมูลพรรณไม้มีชีวิตคือฐานข้อมูลที่รวบรวมข้อมูลของพรรณไม้ชนิดต่างๆที่ปลูกและจัดแสดงไว้ในพื้นที่สวนพฤกษศาสตร์ สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 227 วงศ์ 1372 สกุล 5286 ชนิด โดยพื้นที่จัดแสดงทั้งหมดได้ถูกจัดแบ่งไว้หลายโซน ข้อมูลพรรณไม้จะเชื่อมโยงเข้ากับแผนที่ซึ่ง แบ่งแยกเป็นโซนไว้ ทั้งสิ้น 12 โซน ซึ่งจะทำให้ผู้สืบค้นข้อมูลสามารถใช้แผนที่ดังกล่าวนำทางไปสู่พื้นที่แสดงต้นไม้ที่ต้องการชมได้

        The Living Plants Database has collected data of plants which are planted inside The Queen Sirikit Botanic Garden and binding to the garden's map. The garden's areas were devided to 12 zones. People can find all living plants with its location through this database.
