ไม้ล้มลุก อายุ ๑ – ๒ ปี สูง ๓๐ – ๙๐ ซม. ใบเดี่ยว เรียงสลับแผ่นใบหยักเว้าเป็นพู ดอกออกเป็นช่อที่ปลายยอด ยาว ๑๐ – ๔๐ ซม.ดอกสีขาวถึงสีม่วงอ่อน ผลเป็นฝักยาว ๕ – ๗ ซม. แห้งแล้วแตก ออกดอกช่วงเดือนมิถุนายน – ธันวาคม ขยายพันธุ์โดยการเพาะเมล็ด

Characteristics :

Raphanus sativus L. var. caudatus is an annual or biennial herb, 30 – 90 cm tall. Leaves simple, alternately arranged, leaf-blade lobed. Inflorescences in terminal loose clusters, 10 – 40 cm long, with white-lilac flowers. Siliques are oblong, 5 – 7 cm long. Flowering in June – December.Propagation can be done by seed.
