กล้วยไม้ดิน สูง 30-65 ซม. ลำลูกกล้วยขนาดเล็ก เห็นไม่ชัดเจน ใบ จำนวน 2-4 ใบ แผ่นใบพับจีบ รูปรีแกมรูปใบหอก กว้าง 5.5-12 ซม. ยาว 22-30 ซม. ปลายใบเรียวแหลม ช่อดอก ออกที่โคนลำลูกกล้วย แบบช่อกระจะ ตั้งตรง ยาว 50-60 ซม. จำนวน 6-7 ดอก ดอก บานเต็มที่กว้าง 2-4.5 ซมง สีขาวถึงสีม่วง กลีบเลี้ยงรูปไข่แคบ ปลายกลีบแหลม กลีบดอกรูปไข่แกมรี ปลายกลีบแหลม กลีบปากเชื่อมติดกับใคนเส้าเกสร ปลายแยกเป็น 3 พู กลีบปากพูกลางรูปไตถึงรูปพัดโคนมีแคลลัสสีน้ำตาลแกมส้ม 2 อัน ปลายเว้าลึกเป็น 2 แฉก ปลายแฉกมน หูกลีบปากรูปขอบขนาน ตั้งตรงหรือกางออก โคนกลีบปากเป็นเดือยรูปทรงกระบอก ยาว 5 ซม.

Terrestrial, 30 - 65 cm tall, pseudobulbs small, insignificant. Leaves 2 - 4, plicate, lanceolate- elliptic, 5.5 - 12 cm wide, 22 - 40 cm long, apex acuminate. Inflorescence arising from base of pseudobulb, recemose, erect, 50 - 60 cm tall, 6- to 7-flowered. Flowers 2 - 4.5 cm across, white to purple, sepals nallowly ovate, apex acute, petals elliptic-ovate, apex acute, lip adnate to base of column wings, 3-lobed, midlobe reniform to flabellate with 2-brown callus at base, distal margin bilobed with obtuse lobes; sidelobes oblong, erect or spreading; spur cylindrical 5 cm long.
