ลักษณะ :

กล้วยไม้อิงอาศัย เจริญทางยอด ลำต้นตั้งตรง สูง 16-30 ซม. ใบ จำนวนมาก ออกสลับ แผ่นใบรูปแถบ กว้าง 0.8-1 ซม. ยาว 5-10 ซม. ปลายใบเรียวแหลม ช่อดอก ออกที่ซอกใบ แบบช่อกระจะ จำนวน 12-17 ดอก ดอก บานเต็มที่กว้าง 0.7-1 ซม. กลีบเลี้ยงและกลีบดอกสีเหลือง มีแถบสีน้ำตาลแดงตามแนวขอบกลีบ กลีบปากสีขาวครีม มีแต้มสีม่วงที่ปลายกลีบ กลีบเลี้ยงกลางรูปไข่กลับถึงรูปขอบขนาน กลีบเลี้ยงคู่ข้างรูปรี กลีบดอกรูปขอบขนาน กลีบปากแยกเป็น 3 พู กลีบปากพูกลางรูปคล้ายสามเหลี่ยม ปลายกลีบแหลม หูกลีบปากกึ่งรูปกลม ตั้งตรง โคนกลีบเป็นเดือยรูปกรวย สีขาว ยาวประมาณ 3 มม. ชี้ไปทางด้านหลัง เส้าเกสรสั้นอวบหนา

Characteristics :

Epiphyte, monopodial; stem erect, 16 - 30 cm tall. Leaves many, alternate, 0.8 - 1 cm wide, 5 - 10 cm long, apex acuminate. Inflorescence axillary, racemose, 12- to 17-flowered. Flowers 0.7 - 1 cm across, sepals and petals yellow with reddish-brown along margins, lip creamy white with purple at apex; dorsal sepal obovate to oblong; lateral sepals elliptic; petals oblong; lip 3-lobed, midlobe deltoid, apex acute, sidelobes suborbicular, erect; spur conical, white, ca. 3 mm long, point to backward; column stout.

Tropical evergreen forest in Peninsular Thailand; 0 - 300 m alt. Flowering in December. Distribution: India and Sri Lanka.
