Nepenthes sp. siamensis differs from N. thai in leaf base margins clasping stem 1/2 of circumference, not decurrent, lower pitcher cylindrical portion about 3/4 of the total length, infundibular at upper part, spur filiform, bracts present all flowers at base of pedicle in male inflorescence and present all flowers at lower half of pedicle in female inflorescence. Habitat: It lively grows in tropical rain forests at the summit of limestone hills under the full sun. |
