evergreen herb to treelet 2 m tall, basal diameter 10 mm; bark thin, smooth, light brown; lower part of stem with stilt-like adventitious roots; branchlets green inflorescences erect, axes & bracts green; calyx very pale light green; lobe tips light green corolla: lowest part of tube narrow white; expanded part and both sides of lobes light blue with white venation, anterior lip 2-lobed, posterior 3-lobed; anther, filaments, stigma, style all white; leaf blades very dark green above, light green below. |
