Escaped cultivation; evergreen shrub 1-1.5 m tall; branches slender, green, bracts & calyx tube pale light yellow-green; bract tips & calyx lobes green; slender base of corolla tube whitish, expendage part pale light yellowish-violet on white outside, inside white & light yellow with violet lines, midlobe of anterior (3-lobed) lip with pale light yellow in throat; leaf blades dark green above, light green below; youn leaves edible. |
