Lithophytic herb on limestone rocks. Leaves mid green above, paler beneath. Stems and inflorescence covered in long web--like hairs. Pedicles, calyx and corolla tube white, upper and lower corolla lobes pale purple outside, darker purple inside with a paler patch on lower lobe, hairs purple. On some individuals lower half patch lower lobes paler purple. Young fruit orange-green. |
